B & J Racing Engines also
specialise in the tuning of the Toyota 3-SGE engine...
During the past few years,
B&J Race Engines have been competing in the British Touring Car
Championship using a tuned 3SGE engine, commonly found in the
Toyota Altezza.
This B&J engine has also been
used by the South African Toyota rally team, and is also the
same engine which was used by Phil Cooper in an autograss car to
break the indoor land speed world record at the Birmingham NEC.
B
& J also supplied this type of engine to Toyota Denmark, and
those engines have since been used by the Geipel brothers,
Philip and Charlie in the ADAC Procar championship divisions.
Philip finished Division 1 in 4th place in 2006, and 5th place
in 2006, whereas Charlie finished 3rd in Division 2 last year.
